Connecticut “Clean Slate” Criminal Record Law Goes Into Effect January 1, 2023
In its 2021 legislative session, the State of Connecticut enacted a so-called “clean slate” bill, Public Act No. 21-32, that allows for automatic erasure of certain types of misdemeanor convictions and lower-level felonies after a set period of time.
