Martino is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Maribeth has served as a national subcommittee chairperson and committee member for PBSA, and currently holds the PBSA Advanced FCRA Certification.

Prior to joining the SSC leadership team in 2008, Maribeth worked for the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Court Reporter's Office.

Martino earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT).
