Harry is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from BSCAI, and has been a long-time active member of multiple industry organizations.

Harry has influenced nearly every facet of SMG Corporate Services - including strategic planning, operations, customer service, team building, service development and contract negotiation.
