Frank leads a team of regional area managers across Fairfield County (CT), New York and New Jersey servicing commercial, educational and Research & Development facilities.

As a stalwart on best practices, Frank has helped develop SMG processes for account initiation, quality control, and employee OSHA training.

Frank carries the distinguished certification of Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) through BSCAI and is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.

Frank is an active member of several industry associations – including BOMA, ISSA and BSCAI – and has participated in groups helping advance the thinking of the cleaning service industry.
