Mann began his career with SSC in 1998 – leveraging his leadership and managerial skills to rise from Operations Manager to District Manager, and then to his current Vice President position.

During his career with the U.S. Army, Jeffrey determined personnel requirements, duty schedules and manpower standards for police units and training centers ranging from 30 to 300 personnel.

Mann has been a member of ASIS International since 1998 and currently serves as Chairman of the Connecticut Chapter.

Early in his career, Jeffrey served as Deputy Chief of Police at a multinational military installation in the Netherlands. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Excelsior College (Albany, NY).
