With more than forty years of business experience, Louise is a third-generation owner who continues the philosophies, values and commitment instilled in her by her father, Al Weintraub.

Louise has led business strategies and the development of new service lines focused on an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, reliability and quality assurance.

With a deep respect for her employees, Louise believes in offering employees opportunities to grow within the organization, as well as providing a safe and healthy work environment at all times.

Louise graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in History and a minor in Art History.
